TOURNAMENT CONDITIONS 

 

1. Open to financial members of B.B.T.A Inc. Players must have competed in 2 matches within the 
B.B.T.A. or at the discretion of the committee. 
2. The tournament committee shall have the entire control and management of the championship. 
3. The committee reserves the right to 
(a) Delete any event if insufficient entries are received and regroup those entries with 
other sections. 
(b) To reject or regrade any entry. 
(c) To alter the length of any match in any event should this be considered necessary in the 
interests of the tournament. 


4. Entry fees payable before commencement of play. 
5. Players are limited to a maximum of 2 singles events and 4 doubles events. 
6. Players are ineligible to play in any section below which they are registered or have qualified for finals 
or after regarding. 
7. Match lengths will be determined by the committee after entries close. 
8. Players must check time schedule the day prior to tournament on the website. 
9. Entrants age is taken as at 31st December 2010 
10. The tournament will be conducted in accordance with the laws of the game and the regulations for the 
management of tournament adopted by Tennis Victoria save as altered by the program and these 
conditions. 
11. Players unavailable when called will forfeit their match. 
12. All competitors must report to tournament secretary upon arrival at courts. 
13. Players are strictly forbidden to leave courts without approval of the tournament secretary. 
14. Players undefeated after 2 matches (including walkovers, but not byes) in all events may be required 
to scratch from the lower grade. 
15. Competitors will be allowed 10 minutes interval between matches. 
16. Some events maybe played under lights
